This company has NEVER let my husband down for him getting to work ( unlike every other taxi company we have tried, and we have tried the vast majority of Newcastle companies!) even in this recent bad weather (late feb/March 2018) with amber weather warnings and traffic advising don’t drive unnecessarily! The drivers have all been polite, friendly and happy to have a little chat ( again , we’ve had some grumpy and sullen and downright offensive drivers from other firms) This is an “old school “ taxi firm, they don’t have any flash technology, no apps, bells or whistles, but they have what REALLY matters, reliability, reasonable prices, and drivers like they used to be, who have “ the knowledge “ and don’t rely on satellite navigation! Well done Fenham Taxis! Don’t ever change, PLEASE!!

Very poor service yesterday's I booked a taxi for 10.00pm but didn't turned up till 10.30 than I phoned the office asking where is my taxi they told me we were already sent ou but the truth they were never sent out any.

Just saw a man struggle to the no 44 taxi. He had a damaged foot on clutches just barely was able to walk. The driver didn't have the decency to open the door for him and help him in the car. The customer really struggled to open the door and sit in the taxi. Disgusting service. Management needs to train the drivers to be helpful. Bit of humanity won't cause no harm.

you can order taxi very unprofeesional service and when you call back call handler is very very rude deffinetly not use their service
