The taxi arrived on time at 4am which is the most important thing. However, it had Budget Taxis on the side and, according to the driver, all the big taxi companies are actually part of the same firm, so it doesn't seem to matter which one you ring. The driver didn't take the most direct route to our destination, so it cost £10 more than the same journey at the same time of day 6 weeks earlier. He also.didn't know where to drop us off at the Washington Services resulting in us having an awkward walk with several cases through the service block to our coach. A very different experience to the excellent service by a Noda taxi last time.
Needed to book wheelchair accessible taxi at short notice. People taking the calls went above and beyond to help and were efficient but also really caring. Taxi came on time and fare was as agreed when booking. Cannot recommend service moreService: Limousines
Good customer service on the phone, gave a clear quote going to the airport. Our taxi driver was Abdul, on. SH66 XVU. Excellent service on the taxi, arrived earlier than the expected, very friendly, helped with our luggage, patient with payment.
First taxi we had was amazing, really chatty fella and really helpful with recommendations. Second taxi however initially let us get in the taxi, then told us to get out because someone else wanted to go somewhere closer and he "wasn't driving all that way", finally let us in and set off and then tried to make me pay twice when we got there. We both physically watched the screen say "payment accepted", and showed him my banking app to prove it had gone through, and he still said we hadn't paid and we were refusing to pay, that the office would be ringing us to demand payment as we were refusing to pay and we would never get a taxi with him again. Clearly trying to take advantage as we'd had a drink, and then acted threatening saying he knew who we were, the hotel we were at and demanded to know what room we were in when we wouldn't pay again. Completely ruined a lovely night, and next time we're in Newcastle we certainly won't be using Noda Taxis again.
Shocking service. I booked a noda taxi who took us from a restaurant in Newcastle to our home address. The card machine in the taxi did not work so I paid cash then the card payment was processed so I paid twice. I am now on the 4th call trying to get the overpayment refunded to be told I now have to submit an email. I will not be using this taxi firm again.
Horrible experience. Was told it would be £22 to the airport. The cab driver kept asking what was I doing at the place he picked me from. Filthy cab smelled of urine. As soon as we approached the airport, he first told me that I should get out before the airport and walk in. When I insisted to be dropped off at the drop off zone, he started asking for more then the agreed payment.
Poor and rude service from a driver trying to scam LNER train company. There's been a disruption to trainline and the train company booked us taxis to Sunderland. The taxi driver was doing multiple stops and wanted to cross my house without stopping to drop me as according to him, he has to only follow the order that was given to him over the phone.

Pre booked a taxi hours before. Got a message saying it was 2 minutes away and then a call from the company to ask if we booked a taxi yes of course we have and then they hung up. It still hadn't shown up 10 minutes later. Called the company who said they couldn't find us and then said they've told the driver to come back. Ten minutes later we called again to ask where the taxi was and they hung up on us. Terrible service. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Had to walk 40 minutes at 2am to get home.
Because of train cancellation of service between N/cle and Carlisle. I realised a relative arriving from London would be stranded there being no further trains that day for the onward journey west so I rang NODA explained the predicament, provided contact details and they took over from then on. What stars. On arrival his designated taxi was waiting. You cannot get better and fairly priced too. Thank you for saving the day.
