We had to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport to a venue (where our client was speaking), back to a hotel for overnight accommodation and then to the train station. Tariq went over and above what was expected of of a taxi transfer and we really did appreciate this. He also helped our very nervous client to obtain his tickets from the ticket machine and escorted him to the train. We would highly recommend Tariq and will most certainly be using him in the future. Thank you so much.

Taxi driver was very friendly and very chatty and the taxi arrived on time. The car was clean and tidy, the trip was quick and I was given the choice of which route I'd prefer. Literally nothing bad to say about this taxi company whatsoever.

Great service. booked last minute and the driver did his utmost to reach the train station on time on a toght timescale. Lovely guy.

This is a dependable Taxi company. They have clean cars with very helpful and friendly drivers. They have an excellent collect points and discount scheme for returning customers. I highly recommend this reliable new Taxi company to anyone.

Would definitely use smart cabs again when I'm in Newcastle. Friendly driver always get up to date about taxi by text or phone. Couldn't have done more for me.
