Always late....if at all. Given up on them.

Last time they were 35 mins late and when I started to have a go at the driver he said he'd only got notification of the job 5 mins earlier and wasn't from Citadel. Can you believe Citadel took my job, couldn't fulfil it and THEY called another taxi firm and booked me another taxi. Unreal. Avoid them like the plague.

Normally arrive on time, can be late on occasion in the very busy periods and weekends but that's like all taxi firms. Most drivers are friendly.

Overall would recommend.

Always turn up, unlike some other local firms. Good drivers, I'm in a wheelchair and it's never a problem.

Firm doesn't deserve such a low rating, used to and from work while car was in garage. Taxis arrived promptly and both drivers I had were friendly and professional

Disgusting service booked a taxi and was told it would be 5 minutes, phoned 20 minutes later to see where the taxi was and i was told it had already left as i was not there when it arrived. I had been standing at the front door waiting for it the whole time. The customer service was a joke i was spoken to very rudely by the operator would definatley not recommend use LA instead
