Booked a taxi for 11pm from Heaton to Newcastle at 9pm on the same night. After phoning the office once the taxi didn't arrive at 11pm we were told that it would be 5 minutes. Fast forward to 11:30pm and still no taxi. We phoned again and were told it would be a further 5 minutes. Eventually the taxi arrived at 11:50pm. The taxi driver was understanding and got us to our destination very quickly but the company failed as a whole.

Precooked a taxi for a formal event and they were 40 minutes late to pick us up. Communication was shocking and we weren't even offered any kind of discount as an apology for making us over 40 minutes late to the event. Abysmal service would not recommend. Also had to direct the driver myself to the address as he "wasn't from the area" - neither am I but my sat nav found the address fine.

Really good and quick service. The drivers are always friendly, especially little John who has been our driver twice now and was great!

Were always one of the fastest defo one of the cheapest and more reliable taxi firms in Newcastle! i used to use them almost every day when CyberGamesZone was upstairs all of the drivers are friendly and if not then its probably you not them.

Quick, reliable, and polite service. The company sent text messages letting me know what type of car to expect and it arrived exactly when they said it would. The driver was polite and the fare seemed reasonable.
