Came about 10 mins late but was pleasant journey, friendly driver , visiting the area so spoke of some places etc to visit over my 25 min journey out. Used them again to return later. Pre booked both times for I'm advance so unsure how quickly they have immediate requests
Reasonably priced and on time. Driver was a good laugh as well. Will be using again.
Only used once, the guy who took me to A&E was fine, very talkative which was nice.
Booked a taxi for 6am, they called at 5:40am saying they couldn’t do it, leaving me to scramble to find another more reliable option. Don’t use Premier if you have a schedule to stick to - they’ll probably call you 10mins before and say they can’t make it.
They promised a taxi was coming, but it did not appear after half an hour. I was waiting in the cold, in the middle of the night, with my young family at John Dobson Street bus stop to return home. We then got a passing Uber.
Cancelled on us last minute despite booking days earlier
Last minute booking on Boxing Day - i didn't think we would get a taxi at such little notice! But nothing was a bother - we had 2 different drivers and both were very friendly and instantly welcoming! The company has only been going for 10 months - i wish them all the best and i hope the company grows on more reviews like this! I will be using them again when i next visit the Northern Family.
