Fantastic place, great selection of burgers. Took us ages to decide what we wanted! The staff were friendly, checking on how our meals were and suggesting their favourites when we were stuck. There for a birthday meal and it was absolutely fantastic. For what you get, the prices are about right, and the underground setting is very atmospheric. Will definitely be coming back.

Staff was very supportive when they saw me with a walking boot, they helped me do the stairs and were very kind. I went with my kids and they offered many different meal options for the youngest family member, always smiling. The best burger that I have had! Presented in a lovely vintage plate. The burger was sublime, good meat quality served with Mediterranean dry tomatoes...to die for. Fries were absolutely perfect not greasy at all. I really enjoyed it.

Superb experience, from the quirky decor to the food. The burgers were very well cooked with a nice red centre and the hippo sauce was incredible! Hippo IPA was a good accompaniment as well. Very much recommend coming here!

Hands down the best Burgers in Newcastle! There's a really broad choice (with some quirky options such as the PB&J Burger) and the sides and drinks are really good too. As a regular it's great that the staff seem to recognise and remember me whenever I come in, and there's now a loyalty club called the Herd which gives you access to additional menu options and other perks. The interior of the restaurant itself really highlights the "Underground" theme and could hardly be considered 'plush', but when the Burgers are this good that's merely a footnote!

Eaten here a few times and it's always been delicious. The dirty fries were definitely my favourite. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back and try something new
