I can never make an appointment, continuously calling at 8.30am then finally get through to a receptionist to be told "emergency appointments are fully booked" Then asking me what's wrong with me, which some patients may not feel comfortable to say! Then decides they fully booked which is a lie! This isn't the first time, one receptionist was actually understanding and booked me in the afternoon I appreciated that as I took a day off work, so yes they can give you an appointment but they choose not too!!!! Also on another note, they ignore you when you arrive for your appointment acting like there busy when they can clearly see you waiting! All they have to do is click on their computer or whatever software they use! Surgery needs professional receptionists, two doctors are really good.

I came to get an appointment today the 28 of march 2017 and the earliest appointment they offer is the 20 of April 2017 it is very disappointing to wait for over 4 weeks for a GP appointment
