Thank you Dr Kumar and Dr Priya Kumar for the way in which you have addressed my health issues in the last few months. I’m grateful for the way in which you picked up the concerns and referred me to the specialist and kept me informed. I have had no trouble getting the support or advice I need from yourselves. Your knowledge of the current research and treatments has helped me make informed choices for the future. I have been a patient at this surgery since 1992 would highly recommended the surgery to new patients. Best wishes
DR Ahmed and Dr Kumar the best ever doctors. Both are a rare find take a holistic view of patient .They treat me with patients with professionalism and empathy, listening carefully, examining thoroughly and observing closely. All concerns addressed.
It’s no news that NHS appoints are hard to get. But this GP practice is practically the worst in the entire world. No regard for people in pain. I met the doctor and was prescribed antibiotics but did not actually pass them on to the pharmacy. The pharmacy denied getting any request. Such a lousy job by the staff left me in pain. If there is any option to go to another GP please do. Completely and inhumanely unprofessional.
Thank you Kumar Medical Centre reception & appointments team plus Dr Kumar and Dr Priya Kumar for the excellent care provision for my elderly parents. Both needed an appointment for their condition on Wed 4/1/23. Rang the surgery on their behalf around 0900 hrs, home visit by the local doctor was arranged in a few mins... and the visit was made around 1015 hrs the same day.... what more can you ask for... from the NHS and the local community care providers - Kumar Medical Centre. Thanks once again and keep up the good work !
completing a year with this GP and till now struggling with appointments and other services. Every time getting something new means first they ask to call next week then another person ask to come at GP next week and after that they ask who told you to come here. this is just a case explained here, similar there are number of cases in just 12 months, for medical really struggling a lot in UK. who said medical services is good in UK? after such services missing India local doctors.
Only been with the surgery 2 months and so far I'm really impressed. I've had to call and visit numerous times since registering with health issues and everyone I've spoken to has been so helpful. Not had any issues with getting appointments either
From A. Khan An outstanding member of your staff that you have at your surgery. Meenakshi needs to be recognised for the the Fantastic role she plays in reception. I would highly recommend her service anywhere and use her as an example. She is happy pleasant efficient and extremely helpful. Meenakshi would go that extra mile to help. You should be very proud to have a member of staff that is that compliant and with brilliant customer service.
It was good but because of receptionist and nurse the surgery is getting worst. Nurse never turn up on time and receptionist are really not helpful apart from one. whenever i called i preferred to speak to receptionist AMR who answer correctly and straight. This is no issue with Doctors but Mr Kumar you really need to bring back surgery to its old position.
Three months ago I called in the surgery and explained my situation to the receptionist, I was told to re-register online - so I went online and registered as a patient however I had no confirmation whether the registration went through or not. After several attempts of trying to chase this up promised call backs that never happened I've been informed by some incompetent staff member that previous patients are not allowed to re-register. Thank you for a reminder on how bad this surgery operates!
The reception staff and secretary are very rude. Shout at you and don’t listen to you. Simple things such as asking to be seen by the female doctor can’t be understood! After specifically asking to speak to the female doctor, I got a call from the male doctor. Every dealing I’ve had with the secretary, she’s been rude. Even told me child to be quiet when he was doing nothing wrong!! When you get the right doctor, you get the right advice and help. Compared to being told that a child can’t go to the toilet because his bottom hadn’t been cleaned properly. After being clinical myself, saying such things as that are just a joke! Funny how the story changed as soon as my husband came to the next appointment.
