Bought the last two parker knoll leather chairs for the rrp price of one perfect John Lewis chair. Delivery 200miles away within 10days. One chair had a small inchwe knew this before purchasing and the other was perfect.

Having read fabulous reviews from this company. I am disappointed that they sold me a sofa through eBay with a tear in its arm. Tear not declared or shown in their advert. They knew I was transporting it overseas so difficult to return. Regret putting my trust in this company

Fantastic place, some real bargains to be had for real quality furniture. They were so helpful, letting us in although not officially open as we'd travelled to get there. The staff were really helpful,  will definitely go there again

I found this site by doing an on-line price match for a famous brand sofa. Dubious of internet site's I rang Debbie at the warehouse who gave me lots of information about the company, she suggested we came to see for ourselves and we did. The warehouse is huge ! Wrap up warm  Choose a completely different suite than we went for  Great service ! extremely helpful family run firm... Even the delivery driver was a lovely guy. We have recommended them to all our friends and family. Mr. Mrs. Ashcroft. Cheshire.

Online purchase direct from Famous Brands and went smoothly. Payment via PayPal, great comms, fast and friendly delivery and assembly. Perfect experience and a massive saving on a near perfect showroom sofa that I was just about to buy new from somewhere else. Will use again and highly recommend!!! Thanks everyone at FBF.
