Just  a note to say  that I am not  happy with the  manager  decision to  move the big issue  representative away from the  front  door   to  stand out  in the cold on the  car park. The big  issue  representative has  had the same  spot  for  14 years  and is  part of the  m&s  community.  All the  customers  know  him well.  He is also a  good  deterant  for  shop lifters. What  would  he do if it rains. Your kind and  compassionate  staff  will be  so busy  taking  out warm  drinks to  him that  it will be  counter  productive  to your managers  decision  who has  only  been  at  this  store  a few  months. Please  reconsider.

Felt more like a McDonald's with the speed I was rushed through and then sat at an old table that was grainy and roughnBacon ciabatta was good

Always good quality food.  Worth a bit extra.

Great m&s, always well stocked and never too busy.

Just a pleasant shopping experience, nothing else to say
