Jollyes is a large pet store that offers a range of food and toys for dogs, cats, hamsters etc. The food and toys are reasonably priced. Dogs are allowed in the store on a lead. When we visited our dog got excited and did a wee. The staff were quick to clear it up without any questions. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not check the receipt while in store but noticed when we got home that one of the 3 for 2 offers had not been deducted and did not show on the receipt as 3 for 2 but was displayed on the product. I lived too far away to return to the store.
An excellent selection of food plus items for my kittens' needs, low prices, with the advantage of a club card to further reduce costs. Bonus is friendly staff and ample parking.
0 Discounts. Discount cards not adopted when given . Pricing uncompetitive. Using for months spending significant cash. Had my full. Will no longer be wasting money with this company. Macclesfield Market, Pets at Home, more competitive and local!
Great choice of pet foods and products and staff really helpful and knowledgeable
Great value and great produce. Staff ate friendly and it has always been well stocked compared to pets at home. If you are a member you get a discount voucher every month to use on all purchases within that month. Sadly though, hence only 4 stars, some staff don't seem to know this and try to keep them. Just a bit of an annoyance for what is a great pet store.
Has everything I need can be a bit pricey on certain things but has a great range of treats for my beloved furry friends!!
Excellent, can't fault them , their senior range has joint care in it, result! No more hiding tablets!!!
Coffee nice and jot, lovely as usual! Had toasted tea cake which came in a pouch to keep it warm. Staff helpful and courteous. Will come here again 5
Fabulous pet store and not driven by pushy salespeople. Good advice and reasonable prices
First time I've been in one of these and I'm pleasantly surprised. A better range of dog toys than pets at home, prices compare well on most things. Staff all great, we did use our cocker to get lots of free treats too. Time will tell if the loyalty scheme is any use, that will be a later review.
