i have been in car phone warehouse several times and have to say the staff have always been helpful but went in wed morning and wish I had not bothered. My phone was not working so went in to see if it could be sorted. The girl came out not a hello, can I help, a smile nothing. I explained the problem so she said it would have to be sent off and I could have a replacement phone until it came back. This was given to me with the box and then off she went. Not will you need any help with it I was basically putting her out just coming in the shop. Out I went and then thought I cant use this phone so went back in to ask her to show me the basics. That went down like a lead balloon, could not wait to get out of the shop. Went down the road to tesco and got a I phone, met with a hello can I help nothing was too much trouble maybe they need to send her there to brush up on her customer service and manners and maybe to offer to pay for stitches if she smiles.

I highly recommend Congleton Carphone warehouse. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are very helpful and unbiased so you get genuine advice.
