Large store where you can find the majority of what you need. Click and collect works well with the amount of stock they have to hand. Staff we spoke to were helpful but not overly clued-up on products. The cycling side is very good - staff keen and knowledgable.

I would like to thank the staff at Halfords Congleton. My Tiger 1050 had a flat battery when I tried to start it up after visiting Congleton retail park. Halfords was a couple of shops down so I popped in to see if they could help. The staff were very helpful lending me jump leads and a battery. The bike started, I bought a new battery, everybody happy. Great customer service ☺

Always a pleasure using this store. I only use the cycle department. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpfull. I've had numerous bikes from here over many years and I'm happy every time

Friendly staff. When I've wanted something, the shop has had it. Couldn't ask for better than that.

Fantastic! Service carried out to the manufacturer standards (probably better), brake pads changed also. All at half the price of the main dealer.... Will never use the main dealer again!
