My dear friend is still waiting after 11 months for her kitchen to be complete to satisfaction. All money has been paid in advance, much work remains incomplete. The result is a less than enjoyable experience, much stress and inconvenience, and veiled threats from the recommended project manager that the purchaser needs to resolve remaining issues themselves… Jewsons, please become responsible for your commitments.
