The treatment was decent after some incidents with my brand new bike. I bought a Giant Roam 2 that took a couple of weeks to be delivered as they had it out of stock. I would email with them regularly to know when they would be delivering it, so the delay didn't really matter. The close communication was very much appreciated as they would answer all my queries. When the bike got delivered I spotted 2 issues: the front tyre needed truing, it just wasn't spinning straight; and they sent me 2 right-side pedals. These issues were a bit annoying as I had to wait a week longer to get my bike locally fixed and get the new pedals. However the service from Cyclestore was very good and I never experienced any difficulties when trying to fix the issues. All the issues were fixed free of charge and they also sent me a voucher to spend in the store, which I really appreciated it. After this experience, I can say that Cyclestore is good and also good value for money. However, if I was to buy a new bike, I would buy it locally. If anything goes wrong with the bike, the quick and man-to-man service that a local store can offer is unbeatable. I would use the Cyclestore for buying accesories, clothes, components, panniers, etc.
