Called in today for a couple of items and was really impressed buy the customer service. Everybody was so helpful and friendly. Well done!
I paid over£150 for wood battens and very shocked with what they delivered..I have emailed them and calling in tomorrow to discuss the situation with them..but I am not happy having to go all the way back wasting time.. I will let you know what they say and do about this...
TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE LAZY STAFF allowed a 70 year old man to walk approximately 100 meters with nearly 40kg of lead on his own while they watched from their seats! I can't overstate my absolute DISGUST and I will NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Very friendly helpful staff, always great advice and a smile.
Called yesturday to make sure I could take back some ply boards to exchange for a thicker size was told no problem! Took the 7 boards back today to be told they can't exchange them .. I was intending to spend another 300 pounds while there on addition items .. We will not be using jewsons again either as individuals or as a company .... The worst customer service ever Saturday October 10th Don't waste your time at this jewsons ...

Sensible restrictions in place and entry/exit to carpark well organised. I have found staff at this branch to be particularly friendly and helpful on the couple of occasions that i have visited recently.
Most of the workers are super helpful and try and get you what you need.
I went in Jewsons Congleton, partly because there is very little else DIY shop wise locally that sell larger items. If you aren't trade, be prepared to pay a lot for even basic things like plasterboard and scant. It you thought the big chain DIY stores were expensive, you'll reevaluate that in here. Other than the very very expensive prices it was comprehensively stocked and the staff were helpful.
