Great museum with plenty of well thought out displays without overdoing it. The story behind the plague and the part that the little town of Eyam played is quite incredible. We also spent a very enjoyable afternoon wandering the streets and enjoying a cup of tea and slice of cake

Really liked it here. Just popped in by chance as was visiting Eyam Hall - glad I did. Great display boards up, very interesting and sad to see the impact of the plague here. Very moving board up of how many people died per house here (alot per house hold). I liked the man dressed up in the doctors plague dress; I had seen pictures of them but not the actual dress. Really friendly staff here. Would recommend a visit.

A great place to visit when visiting Eyam, suitable for families, however not so beneficial for young child. Full of information on the history of Eyam - and is therefore very educational. Only a small price for entry. The museum welcome school trips and family trips. Overall, a very nice place small museum bursting with history.

Nice village. Great hall. This museum is just boards to read. Full of noisy kids too. It's ok but lots more interesting things in the village, unless you like reading board after board of plague facts. Personally I don't.

Surprising amount of content for a small village museum. Covers more than just the plague.
