I’ve decided to get back on a bike after a few years and I thought I’d give Evans another chance, but once again I’m able to walk in and out without anyone even saying hello! Avoid this place unless you are happy to do all the work. They just don’t seem to care if you are there or not. Fair to say customer service doesn’t exist here.

Very helpful, once you finally get talking to a member of staff, as they are pretty busy dealing with each customer. A week after buying a bike from there I was in store to get some adjustments made to the handlebar (for free which was nice) and saw the bike was now 10% off. Was able to get the discount retrospectively applied which was great

Wide range of parts clearly available and reasonable pricing, which is what you're there for at the end of the day, but the customer service is horrendous. Went in today and greeted the only member of staff on the shop floor, and instead of replying he walked past me in silence and shut the door that I'd come in through before returning to his terminal without a word. I asked him where I could find a certain item and he pointed to a back corner of the shop. The only time he smiled was when he handed me my receipt. Way to treat the one who's paying for your wages.

These guys are superb! Nothing is too much trouble. Arnolds is like a magician. You go in with a small problem, turn your back for 60 seconds, and he's fixed it. HIGHLY recommended!!
