Went to Evans Hendon for first service after a month of riding to tighten and check everything! I pointed out my front brake when pulling the lever it would go right back to bar trapping my fingers occasionally !! That was the only issue ! So when picking up after two 45 mike trips there and back I found it wasn’t right and there was some fluid at the top joint. They had another look and what I now know adjusted the lever so it made it a little better. After riding again now same !! Lever has further travel not happy !! They didn’t sort the problem because it might have been too much like hard work as there is obviously an air lock and the first service is free !! I am not travelling back another 45 miles ! Now going to have to take it to my local bike shop pay money so they can fix it right !!! Not recommended!!

I use this store for collecting and returning on-line purchases, for buying bike gear - and for urgent bike assistance!. Very helpful staff who bring the feel of a local bike shop to a national chain. Simeon is a star!

Visited to see if they could replace a broken chain. 20 minutes later I'm leaving with a working bike. Great service

I had a very good experience with this shop. I booked a service for my bike and though the bike was fixed in around ten days, the quality of the service was excellent and I am very pleased with it.

I have bought several bikes from these guys at hendon and they are always great with info and service and recommendations :)
