I have been before on many occasions, with prime care. But this last visit the staff seemed as lost as me trying to find the desired part and reached no grand conclusion. All in all great shop regardless.

Century park store, waterfields, watford - bike repair department - excellent support. Daniel was very knowledgable and checked my sons bike thoroughly. it needed brake replacement front and adjustment for the rear wheel and minor correction. He had great attention to detail and explained what he was checking and doing every step of the way. He is very knowledgable and even gave good tips of what to look for when my son needs a bigger bike in future. Customer service and interaction was second to none. I went in without any expectations and left feeling a very satified and happy customer. My son was excited to have his bike back all fixed. Would definitely recommend highly and use again. Will buy my next bike from halfords. Thanks to Daniel again.

If you want to keep spending your money go to halfords. Very bad experience. I bought my bikes there. My first one was stolen. The second one is exactly the same bike. Im using my bike to go to work. Not doing jump and stuff. My bikes just falling apart. My rear wheel was buckled and they collapsed it during the service. They changed my wheel for a used one. And i have asked them for a like for like replacement. They said oh yeah sure it costs £55 i was shocked. What??? Wasn't even my fault. Im not gonna pay for this. They changed it for free. I had to pay only for service. But still... and my bike was totally messed up. The wholy bloody shifting system spreaded... i have no bike but having many bad experiences. Hate it! They just fix your biker for 2 months to cause you headache. Always had bad experience. Never gonna buy anything.

So I've left my bike for a Golden Service on Saturday and collected on Monday which is not that bad actually. But after paying almost £100, I've got refund for the chain and the chain fitting (circa £16) because they were not able to fix my bike nor to change the chain to a new one. Seriously? Where on earth should I take my bike if a bike service is not able to fix such an issue?! Avoid it by any chance, and don't mind paying more elsewhere.
