Horrible experience, first i was told a price over the phone for a repair, then in store the price was doubled. I agreed and was told i could pick it up and pay when it was ready, when i arrived they added an EXTRA £10 to the price we agreed in store. Very misleading

Professional, Reliable Service that doesn't cost an arm or leg. Friendly and very helpful team. Great choice of bikes. We always recommend the Bike Shop to our friends.

Friendly, knowledgable staff and a blisteringly fast turnaround. Dropped in a bike that’d been sat in a shed for 20 years (rusty and with knackered tires) last thing on Sunday and it was ready lunchtime the following day. Repair prices good, but you can always get the accessories cheaper online.

I have bought several bikes from them over the years mostly to upgrade. Never any problem. I have not been in for ages as they built my last two so well have never had to go back for adjustments and I am satisfied I have the best bikes for me. They probably think I am dead.
