At last I've discovered a traditional butchers' shop with excellent cuts of meat with efficient and friendly service to boot. Their stewing steak was melt in the mouth stuff; no shrinkage; no fat: just meat. Their selection of farm fruit & veg is first class too. Do yourself a favour: forget supermarkets for meat and use this small business bucking the trend. Better for the animals, the environment and your taste buds!
