just wasted my Time the shop staff ordered 3 times wrong part and never bothered to even apologise for this and they wasted my full week by the poor service. I am with Euro Car Parts over 10 years never had this type of disappointment before. I will do business with Euro car parts but won't recommend this store as one of the staff member shouted at me and the shop manager refused to see me for escalation of this matter by saying I am too busy and he made me wait for 30 minutes too which is disgusting. I logged a complain online never heard from Euro car parts since.
My oil munching BMW 530D needed topping up while visiting Manchester. Did a click and collect order to this store and on arrival was told they didn’t have the oil I ordered, therefore gave me the more pricier Castrol. Lovely staff!

Ordered online for the last 3 years for various vehicles and got excellent customer services on timely manner however finding seal or gasket with ordered parts is always difficult, either buying separately or sourcing somewhere else
Fantastic staff, bought a pair of alternator tensioner for Peugeot 3008 but had to take 1 back as it was wrongly packed in its box from supplier. The lads at Euro Car Parts searched high and low until they found the part I needed. Well done guys and thank you.
Visited for an online collection which was processed very quickly, parts were available at very good price as they have online discounts. Limited parking.
Staff were pleasant enough, but my order wasn't in store the first time I went to collect it, despite having email confirmation. First wasted trip, but it was such a good price that I was happy to go back a week later.. When I returned to collect, I was told my order had been cancelled, but I could buy my items which were sitting on the shelf from my order for double the price. Second wasted trip, and never again. The staff were very apologetic and I did get the impression they were stuck with a head office system, so not really their fault.
Really helpful front staff who looked up everything I was describing, gave me some good advice and even said where I could go for items they don't sell. Great service and only waited 5 minutes for my order.
Bought new car battery in mid month sale, under £60. Asked guy if he could dispose of my old one, no worries he said just leave it there. Boom sorted. Happy days
Good service. Quick and easy click and collect. Best price I found for a battery for my car, and no complaints with the quality of the one supplied
