Cannot fault this store in Stockport. Michelle and Adam are outstanding staff. Had to change a matress. They were polite efficient and showed me alternatives as to the bed I had bought few weeks earlier. Store clean plenty beds in offer. Delivery was good. Yes very happy.

We bought a bed from Dreams last year but have recently had to change to a lighter weight mattress due to my medical conditions. We need to lower the headboard to stop the mattress from slipping off when the base is lifted to get clean bedding out. Presently the mattress is against the wall and the base is in the air. We rang customer service to ask for help who kindly offered to send someone out NEXT MONDAY. I asked where we should sleep for the next week and was asked if we had a spare bed! When I said no I was told "sorry we still can't come till next Monday". I am semi disabled, suffering from cancer and my wife is petite and suffers from asthma. We are so looking forward to spending the week in armchairs! Just got a phone call from an odd job man who will be with us shortly. I am disgusted with the after sales service and will NEVER use dreams again. Colin Taylor.

bought a bed from here never again absolute rubbish. After sales service was a complete disgrace didnt want too know. Do not waste your money with this abysmal bunch of cowboys.
