Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. They (Adrian I believe was our salesman's name) got the details of our order completely and utterly wrong, sent our carpet to some place in Offerton (we live 5 miles from Offerton) to some woman I've never heard of. When it finally arrived the fitter denied it was his job to plane our doors off, carpetright told us this was part of the service. So we're now left with a bedroom with no door over Xmas and NY. Its also very difficult to get in contact with them. I even rang the day before to try and confirm everything, did they ring back? No. Did they answer the phone when I wanted to discuss all of the above with them? No. I will be avoiding them at all costs in the future.

They left alot of waste. Hidden by the side of the house was two large bags of carpet cuttings and a thick 4m long cardboard tube. How on earth am I going to dispose of that?!
