Great customer service. Best to go in the evening or Sundays for free parking. The Peel centre is renowned for stringent and expensive parking. Beware!!!. New look great for click and collect
Very wide space with a good selection of items. Staff is very friendly and fast. The only thing that I would say is that the shoe area is not as grand as the one in Arndale, but it's still OK. I'll definitely continue shopping here.
A tad bit pricey but otherwise great variety and some really nice jewellery. Lots of different options.
Often get dragged around this store by the mrs spending my money and always have lots of fun doing laps looking at the same items of clothing at least twice, Can't wait for my next visit.

Easy to park, easy accessable, nice and clean, helpful polite staff, lovely products, clothing, stock levels to take away aren't good, prices slightly expensive, but youngsters don't shop for a bargain and will buy here
My wife buys many many clothes here and so did I until they've decided to remove already a tiny men's clothes department. I used to buy many many clothes just like my missus but removing men's clothes was unnecessary. I cannot say how long nor why they've done it but I'm sure I'm not the only one that has lost out on this! I hope they will return them eventually as it's not like the store is small and there's no space! Well, it's a shame as it was a by the way shop to stop and buy when I was passing by. Sorry but on that note I can't score this place more then two stars my wife still enjoys shopping there!
This shop in particular does not hold enough items in larger sizes, especially when the average sizing is now larger. Sizes to fit are always on the small side too. Staff are hit and miss with helpfulness, but mainly accommodating.
Plenty of choice good shop
The clothes were amazing I loved all of them!! If I could of I would of bought all the clothes in the shop!! It was great. I recommend it!!
