I think some products are too costly and some products are reasonable. You need to see around for your stuff and compare with other. What I want is halogen heater and it is reasonable. You must see online before visiting. They have everything online.
It does have quite a lot of home wear and if you are willing to put on your safari hat and explore; then you'll probably find what your looking for..or die trying. Why not have a fun game with the kids and the first to find the product you desire gets a prize. I hunted high and low for a normal water bottle. Everywhere I could see were long water bottles, small water bottles and odd shaped one...alas but no normal ones. They just do not seem to have a pattern of where they put stuff or even put it in one place! The lovely lad on the till sent his minions on a quest to find the fabled four water bottles that were apparently in the store. They returned, beaten and forlorn. I sadly left with just the one I had managed to find in the fifteen minutes I was in there. I will return...with the kids ...on a quest. I will not be beaten. Enjoy the experience.
I returned a bath mat but had no receipt. The duty manager advised that there was nothing that she could do as it is company policy that faulty goods require a receipt and can be exchanged within 28 days. She advised me to speak to Customer Services I spoke with a gentleman at Customer Services who asked me to send pictures of the bath mat. As soon as he received the pictures then he advised that he would send me a gift card for £14 being the cost of the mat. The card arrived two days after our conversation. Thank you.
Fabulous assistant. Helped us find and buy a pair of curtains, which, without her help, would have been overwhelming. By the way, there is a large selection of ready made curtains. They did not disappoint.
Would be a 5 cos all staff really helpful and products are good quality but the curtain section has all the pencil pleats and eyelets mixed up and it was difficult to find what I wanted. I gave up in the end. But I got a beautiful rug at a great price so that was a win.
Gets incredibly busy at weekends, parking is difficult as clearly not enough spaces. The store itself is messy feeling cluttered. However a popular store as prices are competitive and quality is acceptable.
Good selection of items. Although I felt the member of staff I asked for help from wanted to go home as she was a little bit short with me. Maybe caught her on a bad day?
Had a lovely experience today, Danny who welcomed me at the door was really helpful as I didn’t know where the bathroom stuff was because it’s all been changed round, I decided to go in the cafe as it has had a makeover and Gemma who served me was really nice and polite and the coffee was lovely will definitely be coming back.
Appalling.. my unwell mother bought me double bed sheets which hadn’t been opened still had the labels on asked to swap them for bigger sheets and pay extra and was refused because she no longer had the paper receipt and no email receipt was sent to her.. never shopping here again we spend over £200 on the full bedding and wanted to swap £14 bottom sheet absolute joke.
Great store with free parking and large sales area selling absolutely everything for your home. Kitchen items, bedroom items, bathroom items. Even rugs for your living room. Excellent collection and variety to suit all price ranges.
