Staff were nice as pie when we were making a purchase but as soon as they have your money that turns around! Since we have been told our order was put on hold by us, which it wasn't, and would therefore take longer than expected. Then when phoned about delivery was told we would have to pay an extra £10 delivery for a Saturday despite already paying £50 for delivery. Then was also told we had £200 outstanding on the account despite having a card slip and bank statement to show the payment coming out of my account! Was told they would call me to rectify this and still haven't heard anything.

There was lots of different styles , and the staff were very friendly. They introduced themselves and left us to browse at our leisure. We finally found the sofa that we liked and the salesman explained everything in detail so we knew exactly how much we would be paying . He was very pleasant and helpful.

Is there a secret code you have to shout to get some service? Went in today to buy a couch. Walked around the store three times looking for a sales person. Gave up and Sat on the couch we wanted hoping someone would ask us if we needed help. After 20 minutes someone asked us! Said he would was free and would be right over. 20 minutes after that we gave up and walked out, saw him sitting on a couch by the door helping another couple. I hope they didnt buy anything because he lost a sale there.

Thank you very much DFS for a lovely settee that we purchased from you in August arrived today after a wait which we knew about but was well worth it so comfy very friendly staff no pressure on buying at all highly recommended Mr and Mrs Henry 28/8/17 mine week wait hand made what more can you want 😊😊😊😊
