Good, quick. Much better than the Waverley branch*. Bit out the way but kept decent rates during August which was great for us as Edinburgh resident looking to escape the fringe. *Edit: Roughly 9 months after making this review I got a call from the new area manager to let me know that Enterprise now have an option which enables Edinburgh residents to always have access to vehicles, with consistent pricing, even during August. Gotta say, it was great to get a response and update on this and I'm impressed with his attention to customer service. Will use again.

Rented a car via my insurance company's replacement hire car scheme. Really good service, allowed me to pick up the car on a weekend, a few hours after calling. I wasn't fussy about type, I just need wheels! Good customer service, and nice little hyundai I 10 hire car.

Great fast & friendly service. Helped me out of a situation at the very last minute, nothing was too much trouble or a problem, very competitive rates, even for a bank holiday weekend. Would like to say a massive thankyou to EILIDH TURNBULL, (trainee management) who was very helpful, friendly & professional, so if you want a great deal & service then make sure that you go & visit Eilidh. Used this branch while my car was in for repairs. The staff were very helpful in organising just about everything for me! Shout out to Eilidh who looked after me. Would definitely use this service again if I needed!
