My first experience with Arnold Clark was quite a pleasant one. I rented a car for a small road trip, and the quality of service and product I received was outstanding. EASY procedure with a LOW COST. The most attractive aspect of their SERVICE is the possibility to pay both with a CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD (NON-UK Accepted) which makes Arnold Clark stand out from other car hire companies. The PRODUCT I received was of a very high standard that stretched beyond my expectations. I definitely recommend to everybody and I will surely be coming back. 5 Stars!

Professional and attentive service. Hired van was in excellent condition, staff took time to walk through all required information at comfortable pace. Price may be higher than in other places but it's worth for peace of mind. One thing to note, there is no customer parking to leave your own car in meantime which is a bit of hassle.

Very good customer service. Very happy with the quality and cleanliness of the van. Very professional. Good rates as well and very reasonable price for the zero excess insurance.
