Excellent company to deal with. Their vehicles are always immaculate; the phone and desk service is always prompt. They are polite, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.  The offerring could be made better if 'out of hours' return was a possibility - perhaps by the provision of a key drop-box. This would improve the service provided.

A very pleasant experience every time I need to hire a car or van. The staff are very polite friendly and experienced. The vehicles are almost new and are prepared very well for every comfort. All you have to do is fill it up and return it when the hire has finished. Can't ask for more. 10/10 for me.

This has been the second time I've hired a 9 seat vehicle from here - this year we hired two! Staff were very friendly during the booking and pick up procedures. The vans were very clean and new models. No hassle at all. We'll be back again next year!

We always use Turners Glasgow Govan branch  for our band's regular trips down south. Service is ALWAYS fantastic, staff are all lovely and friendly, and this branch is the most hastle free I've ever known a car hire company to be, not like so many others who seem only interested in how much cash they can squeeze out of you Sterling service deserves 5 stars!!

Our work Van's have been serviced by Turners for several years and had no problem with the work done or with the staff.recently put our dropside in for service and brake pads. When leaving our vehicle workmate and i removed our tools etc and transferred to a hired van.i left my dashcam in our vehicle. Two days later we picked up our dropside from Turners. Myself and my workmate realized that the dashcam was missing. We went to reception, and to the service department to ask if it had been removed. Left my contact details and Amazon receipts of dashcam and sim card.iv sent three emails to Turners  asking for any updates,cctv footage etc.so far no reply, wasn't expensive items all in approx thirty three pounds. Next time I will remove all valuable pieces .

Picked up vehicle ok. Got tyre damage after 5pm when the office was closed. Wheel wrench missing from tool kit, no recovery info in vehicle. Had to call my own AA cover which took 2hrs. Missed a dinner booking completely because of a missing wrench. Breakdown number in documents just rings out, no answer. Advised the following day to go to National Tyres, who advise Turner is shut and can't authorise new tyres. Stuck now 12.30 Saturday afternoon until Monday morning with no spare, a car fitted with a space saver tyre and a dangerous bulging rear tyre. Website has no other emergency contact details.  Turner will leave you stranded. Avoid them like the plague.

Hired a six seater van to help a few friends move to London. The van itself was in great condition and made the 800 mile round trip without a hiccup and the reception staff were really helpful. When returning the van I was taken on the usual walk round to make sure the van was being returned in the condition it was given to me in. The member of staff took a good 5 minutes checking over everything before confirming everything was okay and sent me on my way. Shortly after, my friend who was dealing with the bill received a phone call claiming that the windshield was chipped and would be charged £45 and that I left without signing something. At no point during the walk around was I informed of any damage or asked at any point to sign anything. Obviously not happy and will not use again.

Really handy, easy to hire from company. They are just off the M8/M74/M77 interchange and only ten mins drive from the airport. They are easily the cheapest place to hire from and comfortable, friendly, local, polite staff.

Delighted with my recent minibus hire from Turner hire, have used many different hire companies over the last few years and found  a hire company with no hidden extras or confusing insurance packages, would highly recommend.

Great selection of vehicles. Was able to hire the exact one I was looking for. Process is quick and professional and staff are very welcoming and friendly.  Highly recommend.
