I had read bad reviews about Budget - this branch was mentioned - and was anxious about the car hire I had booked. However this branch was extremely efficient and helpful, especially when the child car seats I had booked were not suitable. Excellent courteous customer care. Thank-you.

Even though there is a shortage on staff, Avis/Budget Car Hire is good value for money for 24hr van rental, has friendly staff and is very centrally located. Would use again!
