Our eastern holidays have just been ruined by this company. They didn’t accept our joint credit card, alternative credit card, no debit deposit or change the driver’s name. This is something we have previously done with other car rental companies. They also didn’t refund us. The exact same thing also happened to another couple behind us.

As a regular car rental user. These guys get the worst car rental company of the millennium award. Well done, clap clap clap!!!!

Good value, nice car and friendly staff. Would be 5 stars but picking the car took quite a while because they were pretty busy and only had 2 staff.

Avoid at all costs
This was my first rental experience

So i went to pick up my car and i was rushed through the process, the car had just returned and it was being cleaned quickly as i was in the garage. there was no real inspection of the car, he quickly walked round it and handed me the key. Didn't explain anything or even point out what the form stated he handed me. I didn't notice damage but i was being rushed as there were 5 other pick ups and 1 guy doing them. I drove a total of 80km on smooth roads and was not aware of anything that could cause damage, the car was parked in an open car park with no pavement to scrape alloys.

Apon returning they noticed a small graze to the left rear alloy and a larger one on the front left. He said they will need to charge me, i'm pretty positive the damage was not caused by my rental as we were hardly in it for the 3 days. Also the fact the car had not been checked before hand meant it could have been the last rental. They then told me it would be £150 a wheel to repair, if you check online some most places charge £30-60 and these were not badly damaged. 

then i got told the total would be £375 as they have a £75 admin fee, they could not tell me what this was for and could not justify the extortionate price for the admin and the damage. They are clearly trying to make up their cheap prices by exploiting people.

They were clearly rushing these rentals out and I've paid the price.

Returning the vehicle, we had hired over the Easter weekend the manager seemed to look for something he could charge us for. First, he complained about the dirt inside the car (we had it for 5 days, with 5 people in it, holidays in the countryside through rain and snow, what do you expect? That we change into slippers for the car?) but then he found an alloy scuff at the front wheel. He insisted that we pay £225 for it. 
We have been regularly renting cars from different suppliers but I had never experienced anything like this.
In general I felt unwelcome as a customer, during pick up and during a previous car rental at Easirent McDonald Place.
We certainly won't go back!

Booked a car for 5 days and went to pick it up one day to late accidentally because my partner typed in the wrong pick up date. Even after having paid for all 5 days in advance, they gave the car away to someone else and didn’t give us the differential amount as a refund for the other four days even though they got the money twice - from us and from the other couple that hat got it. It was obviously our mistake but anyway that’s not the way customer service works. Definitely not going back. Ruined our Easter holidays.
