Car was great, called to extend the lease for a further 3 days which was fine. However the information given on payment was not explained fully. I was advised the down payment of £150 that I payed on collection of the car would cover the extra days so that was fine, nothing extra to pay. Decided to extend the lease for a further 2 days so went into branch to do this, payed for the 2 extra days. (expecting to be all paid up) On checking my bank statement the company have charged for the extra days and also taken another down payment in total withholding £293 from my bank on top of what was already paid in full for the rental. If I had not called customer services to query it I feel this money would not have been released back into my account. I have waited the 10 days for the funds to be released as advised on my first phone call. On the second phone call to customer services I am now awaiting a further 7 days for the £293. Please be aware and double check what payments are being held and if they are in fact released back to you or conveniently forgotten about...

Very pleased with the whole experience, need a car for the weekend, went online lucky dip 50 quid for 2 days hire, got a 2016 Skoda blue very comfortable, easy to drive, picked up dropped off without issue! Would recommend.

Great service & price. I hired a brand new volvo v40 r design for a few days. Car was cleaned for my arrival. They check condition with you before you leave & when you return.
