After a disastrous start and our vehicle not being available on time which delayed our trip by two hours the staff at Enterprise pulled out all the stops to make up it up to us.  They were genuinely upset at letting us down, very apologetic and compensated us accordingly.  Sometimes things happen that are out of people’s control  - the customer service in this instance was exemplary - thanks to James and to Sophie.

Rented a car from Newcastle Airport and I have to say it was a great experience. A friendly professional lady dealt with all the paperwork efficiently - stress free and a nice clean tidy car. Well done

Really positive experience with Enterprise. A friendly Geordie welcome on a cold and rainy autumn evening turned what would otherwise have been a real hassle into the easiest bit of a long journey to Scotland. Great access to the airport and metro. Will use again.
