Rented a car( BMW 320D REG: YF65 HPE)from these. At first good customer service but someone keyed the car  while in my possession so understandable I get billed fair enough. Got the bill saying I owe £254 which I don't mind paying but they tried to take the money without warning me before taking it & it should only be £100 as they've already got the £150 deposit that goes towards damages. NOT HIRING NO MORE BETTER OFF BUYING A USED CAR INSTEAD.
