Worst place ever! Never rent a car here because they will require a list of documents impossible to provide... really really bad!

Well I cannot speak for the cars. I'm sure the cars are in great condition. 
In terms of company policy I am very disappointed. I booked a car at 12:30am and cancelled it roughly 1 hour later. Unfortunately there is no cooling of period and therefore I was charged the full price. I am fairly surprised a huge corporation such as this refused to offer me some form of refund, especially due to the circumstances. very disappointed.  I understand there is a 48 cancellation policy but what happened to common decency, integrity and honest business practice.  £58 is a great deal of money to me and my family, I'm sure its not even somebody day wage within the company.

Bet you can't figure out where to leave the car outside hours. 4 calls to Europcar service was terrible (one said leave it in disabled bay outside) till Gerardo solved it .. we think unless they tell us of a fine
