I took a brand new Omega Seamaster in to the official authorised Omega dealer. I bought it online and needed some links removed. I didn't want to risk an expensive watch getting damaged in the wrong hands and as such did not attempt to unscrew the small screws myself. The links were removed and the watch handed to me with scratches on the bracelet from the screwdriver slipping. The spare links given back to me in a zip bag were gouged even worse. This is not what I expect from an official authorised dealer. The male that butchered my watch was nowhere to be seen and left an extremely apologetic female to carry the burden. 
My watch was then left with the store manager for an hour and polished to remove the scratches. 
I wouldn't trust the chap that butchered my watch with a £10 Casio and hope that the store don't let him loose on anyone else's luxury watch in the future!!!!!

Went in today to look at 9 ct solid gold bracelet. I was served by a friendly and chatty saleslady. The bracelet I wanted was not in the sale at over £400. I asked if there was a discount that could be offered and they sent in another supposedly more seasoned representative for the discount discussion. She was extremely pushy, kept asking for our lowest offer and then when we mentioned what we could do she would say no. They do not offer all the 30 day refund that all the other watch and jewellery stores do so I could not take the risk of purchasing the bracelet at £325+ as I needed it to match another necklace I had bought elsewhere. When I asked if they did a Boxing day offer she spoke incredibly patronizingly to myself and my mother, saying 'we are a quality jewellers', as if asking for offers was a bad thing. That saleslady lost the sale due to her arrogance and patronising attitude to her customers. Already bought a Longines watch and a lot of other jewellery this weekend and am so glad it was at EJ and HS with better customer service+returns. No wonder the store was empty on Black Friday.

I had a very professional experience there when buying my limited edition Omega, very knowledgeable staff and very helpful, I would definitely go back for further purchases, this was 6 months ago, the other day went back and there was a new guy with really excellent customer service

Bad experience!  Was offered a credit search by one of the sales people to see if we were eligible to apply for credit to assist us in buying a relatively expensive watch for a 30th birthday present, was assured, twice, that this would be a speculative search and would have no bearing on credit score - find out today that as we were declined our credit score has dropped significantly.  Called the store today to point out that they are misinforming customers and it seems that even the managers are quite clueless as to how the credit works and the effects of the searches which are not speculative.  Beware!

Absolutely Dodge company !! Let me explain WHY  I brought a very expensive watch for wife three days later I went to refund because she didn't like the designed AS NORMAL  as soon I've arrived lakeside branch the company operation director and manager for store both in branch told me we don't do refund ! Why because is our policy no one told me when I was spending nearly 1k in store ? Well further they decided to get Threatening behaviour with me and my wife ... They give me two option either exchange today or don't come back again well this is not Lala land ... Guys don't go to buy your expensive products Best Buy from better company like GOLD smith etc .. Biggest Rip off people business in country they are fraudster .
