Excellent customer service from the staff this evening.nnThank you, Miguel, for all your help. We were in the 6.20pm showing of Goat.
went to see 28 years later the bone temple on Friday night. VIP seats as always comfy and optimum viewing. However, the quality of the film was terrible. The bulb on the projector needs to be replaced, it was extremely dark. I felt like I was watching a VHS video, blurry grainy and dark the contrast and brightness was lost. Not the cinematic experience we should be having in 2026, if this is what cinemas are offering now then the future is bleak. Do some maintenance on your projectors Vue Bury were not living in the dark ages !
Prebooked ticked all good, but the queues for snacks is ridiculous, nearly a literally 30 minutes to get snacks for the kids, missed the start of the film.nService is an absolute joke
I have recently visited Vue Cinema Bury to watch Scream late night show nnScream was a very well balanced movie with sit tight story lines but there are some loopholes, So it’s better not to spoil your movie and enjoy the actual Scream from the actual Scream movie .nnVue Cinema Bury is a decent size cinema with different sizes and capacity screens. I watched it in VueXtreme and it was an Xtreme experience with superb surround sound.nnTickets can easily be booked from the kiosk machines present at the entrance side and if you fancy a drink and a bite to eat you can purchase drinks and snacks at the kiosknn“Drink Eat Watch and Scream
Lifts and escalators get you to the second floor. Plenty of films to choose from and prices are £4.99 for any film. Cinema, toilets and corridors all really clean. Helpful staff at the food and ticket counters. Seats are comfortable have decent legroom. Better to book your tickets online and collect from the machines as never enough staff on the counter.
