The cinema is on the 2nd floor. There are escalating up and down, WHEN THEY ARE WORKING. AS OCCASIONALLY ONE SIDE IS NOT WORKING. luckily there is a lift. The cinema itself is clean. The volume is fantastic. The seats are comfortable. As you can chose where you want to sit when booking tickets. They have a staff member coming up regularly to make sure everyone is OK. As the last time I went there some people were filming the film. And they got caught. But as soon as the staff member went they carried on. SO it spoilt it a bit for me as they were only 3 rows in front of me.nI will still go to this cinema again. As its very nice and you can escape from your daily jobs.nThere are toilets there. For female and male ones. These are kept clean.nWheelchair friendly
Went on Tuesday the 5th may, there was 4 of us to see Michael Jackson film we was in screen 7 it was nearly full, I was very impressed how there was a few children in and how well they behaved they staff was helpful it was clean and so was the toilets. I would definitely go again.
Why on earth do you need to show your cinema ticket to purchase a drink??? The queues were ridiculous this evening, and I was unable to buy what I waited for as my partner had already gone in with the tickets. Policies either need reviewing, or if you are going to enforce stupid rules, make it clear before people stand in a queue for 20 minutes.
Absolutely fuming went in with my children in the Easter holidays, only to smell bleach all the way through the film. To then find out when the film had finished and the lights came on that there was a big puddle of bleach on the floor in front that ruined a very expensive Handbag, clothes and it was all over my hands from having to carry my bag out. I’m also heavily pregnant and should not be exsposed to fumes I told the manager about this problem after the argument about the fact they don’t use bleach and I was a liar she agreed that someone that was watching a film before hand must have bought bleach into the cinema and had a spillage. She then promised me that someone would be contacting me with in the next couple of days to arrange some sort of compensation and no one has ever got back to me or tried to contact me once. I have tried multiple times to get into contact and I can’t. Absolutely shocking customer service and awful staff making false promises I’m raging. Please contact me back
The staff at this venue admit groups of unsupervised children and then do nothing when they behave appalling.nnIf you make a complaint via email, no refund or compensation is offered.nnI’ll give Vue a miss in the future.
