A great Vue cinema, spotlessly clean. Plenty of staff to assist with any enquiries or help.nThere is the option of self service touchscreens to book and pay for your film tickets, or queue up to book them with a member of staff.nPlenty of choices to purchase snacks, popcorn, drinks, ice creams. There is also a huge pic and mix section.nThe toilets were very clean,nThe seats in Vue are always comfortable and screen 5 didn't let us down.nI would definitely recommend this Vue Cinema.
Standards are slipping, which is a shame, used to be 5star location with parking, some staff are welcoming some are well less welcoming.
Staff are not very welcoming. Seem to do things differently here than other vues I have visited. Limited amount of cheese sauce allowed apparently and they are not allowed to put it directly on the nachos, vary peculiar. Also cleanliness in toilets could be seriously questioned. See photo attached
Great cinema friendly staff and a good film however the crew of people behind us had their kids who were not under control and they were running around the cinema making noise and talking during the film and no one did anything about it
Been to this cinema many times before. This time we paid extra for VIP seats for the first time and got pick and mix.nnThe VIP seats are not worth the extra, there is no obvious differnce to the standard seats apart from the bigger arm rests.nnThe pick and mix was a huge let down. Very expensive and was just tastless jelly sweets.nnTo add insult to injury it was cold to the point we had to keep our coats on.
