Always had a clean, comfortable and enjoyable experience here. Worth upgrading to the VIP seats for more space and leg room. We don't buy over priced cinema snacks hit up M&S over the road for bags of Percy Pigs and canned g&t's! so can't comment on the kiosk. Toilets have always been spotless when we've used them and we've found staff to be pleasant and helpful. Very reasonable ticket pricing also always helps!
Great location for parking and shops, pricing as of Dec 2024 is still very cheap. Has late screenings which is ideal. The ordering from touch screen consoles is not a great experience but that’s VUE. Overall a decent affordable cinema surrounded by food and fashion.
Staff were really cheerful and kind no wait they were quick working however sat in screen one and they hadn't been cleaned. I sat on the vip row the drinks holder had a puddle at the bottom popcorn and papers down the sides of the seats and the floor was moderately sticky. Despite everything else being great the lack of hygiene can't grant more than two stars.
It's great to go to the cinema, it always was.nnWhen we went, there were only a handful of people watching the film. Why? Because it's so damn expensive, the trip to the cinema for 5 of us cost me over £125. No wonder nobody goes anymore.nnNetflix and a takeaway it is next time, much cheaper, more comfortable, no need to find parking.nnIt must be better to make a little bit on every person and fill the auditorium, than charge a ridiculous amount to a few people to cover the costs .
Don’t think I could go back to this one, cannot order snacks at the till, gotta wait in a queue to order on a machine, then wait in another queue to grab them at the counter. Which is absolutely useless, as the machine kept freezing, tried making me pay twice and took 2 minutes to print a receipt out. Ridiculous. The screenings are too cramped too.
