The cinema is on the 2nd floor. There are escalating up and down, WHEN THEY ARE WORKING. AS OCCASIONALLY ONE SIDE IS NOT WORKING. luckily there is a lift. The cinema itself is clean. The volume is fantastic. The seats are comfortable. As you can chose where you want to sit when booking tickets. They have a staff member coming up regularly to make sure everyone is OK. As the last time I went there some people were filming the film. And they got caught. But as soon as the staff member went they carried on. SO it spoilt it a bit for me as they were only 3 rows in front of me.nI will still go to this cinema again. As its very nice and you can escape from your daily jobs.nThere are toilets there. For female and male ones. These are kept clean.nWheelchair friendly
We to watch the new scary movie got there about 20mins early the guy said we are just cleaning then you can go through anyway we went through and it was disgusting popcorn on the seats greasy finger marks spillages on the floor and these were the VIP seats, if they were cleaning I would love to know with what on the positive side staff did eject some youths who kept looking at Thier phones, the cinema was cool but not too cold as some can be an ice box the toilets were clean and tidy and didn't have any foul or overpowering scents. sort out the cleanliness and we will be happy to return
I’ve just watched Spiderman at VIEW Cinema 31st AUG 2026. I was sad to see a family took their very young baby to watch the 2.5hr movie.nThis is a Great cinema BUT they should NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO TAKE A BABY IN TO THE CINEMA WITHOUT EAR PROTECTION!. IT IS DANGEROUS !.nIF parents don’t have the common sense to realise it will damage their ears then VIEW cinema surely have a duty of care to its patrons. Surround sound typically spikes past 85-100 Decibels and can peak near 120 Decibels. The safe threshold for babies is 80. I hope this post informs parents about the dangers of hearing loss.
Went on Tuesday the 5th may, there was 4 of us to see Michael Jackson film we was in screen 7 it was nearly full, I was very impressed how there was a few children in and how well they behaved they staff was helpful it was clean and so was the toilets. I would definitely go again.
Compared to other Vue cinemas this suffers from a lack of leg room and reclining seats - for that reason alone I wouldn't come again. The service at the counter is shockingly slow - we waited around ten minutes to get a couple of drinks before eventually just walking away - it shouldn't be this hard to give you my money for over priced fizzy drinks. Oh and whilst there is parking nearby, you do need to pay for this so factor that into your ticket price. All in, I'd go somewhere else next time.
