Screen 3 looked terrible and distracted from the film! As you can see in the pics there was a huge yellow discoloured bit of the screen, and also in the dark scenes the screen just wasn’t clear! Such a shame as it took away from the film.
Visited 5/3/26. First off I would say the staff were very helpful and friendly. The place itself is very grubby, felt like I needed to take a shower when we left. Also avoid the pick and mix, it was as though it had been sat in there for years. Everything in it was as hard as Blackpool rock. Also the salsa on the nachos was like eating cold jellyfied tomatoe and basil soup. Won’t be visiting again.
This has got to be the best Vue I've been to the staff are so friendly and the manager is also very much involved and friendly to talk to. The toilets are extremely clean and so are the screens. I also think the sound system they have is very good and something seems a cut above the rest I've been to recently.
We visited Accrington Vue last night 27/11/25 to watch Wicked. The Duty Manager was such a friendly nice guy and the young girl that served us was also chatty and helpful. Made a change to receive such good customer service. 10/10. Definitely will be back.
Absolutely disgusting place, carpets are black and sticky to the point you need to actually wipe your feet on the way out, sound quality really bad,cup holders minging, chairs felt damp and a musty dirty smell in screen 3... I dread to think what the toilets are like! Most of the staff seem miserable like they don't even want to be there and they're actually getting paid to be there, only one staff member put the effort in to be polite..... I wouldn't recommend this place, in need of a decent renovation! Better paying a little more and travelling further afield
