First time at the new cinema. Staff are lovely, everywhere is nice and clean, bathrooms well maintained, REEL Lounge nice and warm the old one used to be freezing. Well worth the tenner for the ticket.
Great cinema but a Friday in school holidays and they had no medium cups for drinks so bought a large to share for diet coke. You get the cup and fill.your own drink. The machine didn't even have any diet coke. Ended up with a disgusting 7up lime, luckily my son liked it. Sort your ordering out guys!!!
Sunday afternoon film with hubby. Plenty of parking available and it was easy to get tickets using the machines in the foyer. Prices for snacks looked reasonable. Staff were friendly and cinema was clean with very comfortable seats.
Amazing cinema with compy seats. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. There is parking at the venue and it as free parking when seeing a film through an app. Will be coming back again
Lovely cinema. Large comfy seats, clean toilets, free parking if you input your detail in the cinema but for everyone after 5pm. Never buy food in these venues so can’t comment. I dropped it a star as the cinema was SOOOOOOO cold. I put warm clothes on as the first time I went it was cold. Today is second time and has taken me hours to thaw out. Come on Reel - get the screen areas warm enough to sit in - it’s not a gym
