Lovely people who work there. Couldn't ask for nicer and helpful people. A young girl took my walker and brought it back just after the film finished I thought she might have forgotten but she didn't, so sorry i didn't get her name but she was so helpful. Thank you Reel cinema Burnley you made this disabled lady feel relaxed and able to enjoy the film.
First time at the new cinema. Staff are lovely, everywhere is nice and clean, bathrooms well maintained, REEL Lounge nice and warm the old one used to be freezing. Well worth the tenner for the ticket.
I hardly ever write reviews - but this time I am! We saw Twisters today on 27/07/24. Staff were very professional and welcoming - cinema was clean and tidy and overall a seamless experience. In particular - the team member with the blonde hair and braces who was at the cashier. What an asset she is to the team - welcoming, professional and polite - and went above and beyond for us whilst we were there! Great experience, highly recommend! Big well done
We always go on the movie madness on Sundays. Half price tickets and you can pick most seats in the cinema room. Well recommended good clean cinema and nice comfy seats.
