Watched Superman, amazing movie. Big screen with great Sound System.
Absolutely brilliant customer service, came a month back to watch the new superman movie but missed our timing due to our car breaking down. However front desk rescheduled our time to the next viewing at no further charge! Recommend this place 10/10
Terrible experience at this cinema. Bobby refused to let us in because he didn’t believe we were over 18. Even when we explained ourselves, he wouldn’t listen or handle the situation properly - he just assumed we were lying and turned us away. Really unprofessional and ruined our night out as we weren’t able to watch our film of choice and had to watch something else. To add insult to injury, when we entered the screen room we were met with broken and uncomfortable seats - completely unacceptable. Never had an issue at this cinema before this, truly devastating.
Incredibly helpful staff, especially Nabila! I had a fantastic experience as she was very patient and understanding. She went above and beyond with her service!
First time visiting. Well impressed. The whole establishment is spotless. Staff are very friendly. Seating perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
