Appallingly slow service at the ticket/food counter. For example, 2 guys buying tickets and a bowl of nachos each . Guess how long it took the staff member to complete their order from start to finish? ??... 9 whole minutes! !! During this same period of time at least 7 other people had similar sized orders at another counter fulfilled. By the time I was served the film I had come to see had sold out...OUTSTANDING bit of customer service, VUE...Hope you're proud of yourselves?

I watched ready player one there, comfy seats and god picture quality. I did think the tickets and food was a bit over priced but most cinemas are like that. Over all good experience would go back

Great service. Love the new fully reclining chairs in every screen. The nachos are great and so is the popcorn.

Good Place to socialise and catch up with friends. Whether you want to play American pool or grab a drink. There are times when the place can get rowdy but that's late at night when a few groups are slightly drunk! Security is tight making sure no one is hurt. Bowling is amazing and super fun!

Always a good variety of listings. Clean and tidy venue with comfortable seating. A preference over visiting Accrington Vue
