Love The Vue. Great seats, relaxing and safe place. Staff great even kept hold of my golf hat i left behind! Will return again
Paid for VIP seats and the seats were ripped and tatty. The screen obviously hadn't been cleaned from previous showings as the floor was sticky and popcorn around. Will stick with backlot inf future which is clean and cheaper with more comfortable seats
Were told by blonde woman that voucher wasn’t activated and we needed to go back to the shop it was bought from to get it activated. It’s a voucher… it was gifted to us. So went back and questioned her with the receipt saying it had been activated and then she had to refund. What an absolute joke… instead of saying she’d keyed the number in wrong she told us she didn’t have the authority to activate it… if we hadn’t questioned her she’d have got away with making out that our mates had stolen the card and not had it activated at the til… absolute joke.

I've never had a bad experience here until tonight. Me and my family of 5 spent over £100 thanks to £40 on wicked cups to be delt with so rudely. The manager with a green shirt and glasses kept huffing and puffing and mutter omg hurry up or omg to everything I said we'd like. I was with 3 kids so I was trying to get all of them sorted with what they wanted. He made me feel rushed and tbh uncomfortable in general. If there was a massive queue I'd understand a little but there wasn't even a queue for him to be stressed out at.nnI think his customer service skills need refreshing and he needs to realise I'm paying for a service.
