Good priced tickets comfy seats pleasant staff. Excessive volume of music so hard to hear dialogue. Horrendously priced rip off food and drink that spoils the experience because few can afford to treat the family in a cost of living crisis. So rather than disappoint the family take your own snacks or go to one of the local eateries before or after to make the treat complete. Good choice of films.
Had amazing customer service, after turning up late they accommodated us changing film and even offered to change my tea when there was a bit too much milk in all my fault but at no time did they make it hard work. Great service thank you!
Visited yesterday to watch One Love, ruined by groups of teenagers in and out, talking, swearing and throwing boxes of popcorn at each other. Why are staff not in auditorium checking all is well? It was also way too hot in the room. Will wait till it comes on TV next time. Unpleasant experience.
Hit and miss here. Always good seating available to book online. Better prices but is a run out the way. It's a little dated compared to newer set ups.nDepends which screen you go in but it can be really cold in some.
A little old and dated now compared to some of its nearest branches in Preston and Bolton, which offer leather recliners for all, and a bigger more modern surrounding. These are the older, more cramped seats, even if you pay up more for the VIP seats. This being said the prices are reflected accordingly and generally a few pounds less per ticket than those bigger, newer branches.
