Having visited several tile premises, entering the Ebbens Tile Centre was a very positive experience. Staff were professional, and helpful. The service from visit, to sale and delivery was excellent. The level of service and professionalism of staff goes a long way. We'll done and thanks.
So glad my son told me about Ebberns, albeit its a couple of motorway junctions away from Northwood. The selection, help and service level you receive is second to none and cannot be compared to shopping in the large chain stores. As we had the entire property to shop for I was initially pleased to fulfil our requirements for half the bathrooms in one visit, but having searched elsewhere, continued to revisit and ended up purchasing everything from Ebberns. Thanks guys!
Just like the bathroom showroom v good. Nobody tried to put pressure on you and told you what the situation as far as stock and delivery were concerned.
Having dealt with Tom at Ebberns on 3 occasions, I have been very impressed with his extensive knowledge and extremely helpful approach to being a new customer. Having wanted Winchester Tiles specifically he made the whole process of deciding much smoother. Fantastic customer service a real emphasis on looking after the customer and appreciating customer loyalty.
I have used Ebberns tiles a few times now and always find the staff very helpful and informative. They always have a great selection of tiles to choose from and I look forward to getting their help and advise when I get my kitchen re-tiled next year.
Sean was super helpful, a moderate but good selection of tiles, went out of his way to ensure we knew what we wanted, helped with our choices and allowed is to take some samples home. Recommend a visit
Staff are so very helpful here and go out of there way to assist with even difficult enquiries. That's why we use them and not their larger competitors
Not really impressed. They seem to be only interested in trade customers and were unhelpful bordering on rude when we wanted to ask question on products.
Excellent services and very friendly staff .xxx
Great service from these guys again.
