Ordered off Uber eats, one bag was missing. I called up the store; they blamed the delivery driver. Knowing full well that it’s their responsibility to ensure all items are with the driver and packed. Very rude girl on the phone, zero customer service skills.
Ordered via Uber eats missing items the man at coop was so rude and even after saying that he packed the order he tried to blame Uber eats! I will never use them again scammers.

Big shout out to three members of staff I'm sure everyone else is nice too, but sadly I cant remember everyones names Linda, very calm persona, polite, welcoming and loyal team member. Liv, who is always bubbly and alert, and tash for providing around two decades worth of longevity, and being so good at her role.
Co-OP is one of my favourite food shops. They've been good at adhering to all the Covid rules which makes it safe to shop there. The special offers are great. Lots of choice. Can get a coffee in there and cash which is really useful. Plenty of parking. Self checkouts and staffed checkouts. All good
The quickest way to shop is to visit co-op. It is easy and their items are affordable. I can get everything I need just using a small amount of money. The staffs also have patience with d time when serving their customers
We saved up £100 worth of points to spend on Christmas luxuries. We found most things but we're too late for a small Turkey Crown. It was busy but manageable with mini trolleys. Service was friendly and efficient and I asked the young lady serving me to be careful with the trifle and she was. A very Merry Christmas full of treats. Thank you Co-op
On the 19th of Feb 2022, the staff decided to close 15 minutes earlier. Not allowing me to get into the shop and telling me they don't have to give me any reason for closing the shop earlier than normal. Unacceptable behavior of workers.
Very helpful staff despite it being busy. Shelves well stocked. Overall a good shopping experience. I even got a trolley rare at lots of smaller supermarkets and parking right outside.
