Last time I went for help in store was about 5 years ago and they were excellent then too. The deals if you use your clubcard and family perks really give it a cutting edge. Whatever training they're giving their staff, it works. Knowledgeable yet down to earth too with no hard sells. Well done Tesco.
Fab staff Wendy and Ali were very helpful and knowledgeable. Been with Tesco's for years and never had any issues.
The staff at Tesco Mobile were absolutely brilliant, you couldn't fault them in any way and they were very friendly and helpful in every way. Reccomend them every time !
Staff were rude and refused to help me cancel my contract, even though when I spoke to the call centre afterwards they said they should have been able to or call centre while I was there... They werent even busy at the time just lazy.
