Lovely traditional pet shop which was spotlessly clean. I was served by a delightful assistant who clearly adores her job and was very informative. I bought a rabbit to bond with my other rabbit whose mate recently passed away. After buying the rabbit I took her to my local vet for a check up and for routine jabs and he commented on how healthy she is. She is absolutely adorable and everything the assistant said about her (loving, friendly, adores hay) was spot on. Thoroughly recommend and thank you.

They had a good selection in the shop and the staff were very helpful. So we bought a budgie. That was on Saturday and by Monday evening it will already sit on my hand. Highly recommend it was worth the visit.

We had a great experience in the store. The staff were all very knowledgeable and very helpful. They made sure we knew everything we needed to about the rats we bought and the toys and bedding etc. Megan took us round the shop to recommend specific products and also left us some time to ourselves to look at the toys. The rats themselves are very clean and happy and we are extremely grateful for the treatment we received.

What can I say, friendly, polite, helpful, the two young lady's in the shop were more than helpful with our purchase of two budgies, from information to starter pack, cage etc. I also phoned next day and again very helpful. 10/10
