Its JD a compact store visited at 4.45pm on a Monday busy sorting out stock. Had a selection of coats to choose from and varying prices. Staff were busy.
there is a blonde lady at Hemel Hempstead store very rude and foul-mouthed I bought a jumpsuit the day before they went to change and she told me it couldn't be done and I didn't want to change it. Very bad.
Nobody to ask fir assistance but when I took a pic of a trainer to show my son to see if he wanted them particular a rude woman appeared followed by a manager or security. Inappropriate and s verely in perception and professional people skills. Won't be going there again.
Great shopping place for sportswear and trainers for everyone. A wide range of clothes and shoes available for all ages and genders. Sales are quiet good as well.
The staff were friendly but you have to gain their attention as you will be easily ignored. They need to train their staff as some don’t know about the returns policy. I had a PayPal return and was informed about the procedure incorrectly. If I had known the right process I would’ve had my money returned that same day. Waste of time to be honest
I rarely visit the high street but I was returning an item I had bought online. Friendly member of staff. Shop set out well but for my family the music was too loud. Autism and this level of noise doesn't mix and clearly this is a very personal review from a family dealing with sensory issues.
