An important station with various lines and transfer options, but I couldn’t figure out the navigation to get to the right bus: outside the railway station there are two separate parts of the bus station, and the signage at the exits and in the passages is insufficient.
Great tube station. Always clean, tidy and welcoming. Staff are always courteous when we visit. Easy to get around, especially for step-free access. Love Costa stand on platform and good to see Elizabeth line screen working. Always come to Ealing Broadway
I visited Ealing Broadway station on 4 February while travelling as a tourist and taking the Elizabeth line to Heathrow Airport. I was carrying a small suitcase and tapped in at the normal gates, but the barriers suddenly closed and trapped me while I was going through, which was very embarrassing and stressful.nA staff member came over, but instead of helping, he scolded me for using the wrong gate. As a first-time visitor, I genuinely did not know that passengers with luggage were supposed to use the wider gate on the left. There were no clear signs indicating this, so it is understandable that tourists could make this mistake.nI would suggest clearer signage and more supportive staff attitudes, especially towards visitors who are unfamiliar with the station. A little kindness and guidance would have made the situation much better.
Ealing Broadway Station is bloody great, It has central line, district line and TFl rail services to Heathrow Airport and Paddington, the station is currently going through a refurbishment when the Elizabeth line opens up next year. The train time to Paddington is 7 mins and to Heathrow airport it's 15 mins
Good station, use it a lot. Central and Elizabeth are really useful since they go through London City and ties with Heathrow Airport.nBloody great station.
