Great tube station. Always clean, tidy and welcoming. Staff are always courteous when we visit. Easy to get around, especially for step-free access. Love Costa stand on platform and good to see Elizabeth line screen working. Always come to Ealing Broadway

This station has had a major upgrade and expansion recently. It is well maintained, clean, tidy, and has good toilet facilities. It is part of the Elizabeth line as well as being on the district and central lines. It is also served by national rail.
Massive improvement to the layout of the station since the completion of the Elizabeth Line works. Station much brighter, more accessible and feels like a safer station to travel to, from and through.
Clean and crime free. Easy to understand access to Heathrow westbound and London Paddington, eastbound. I was able to use my US credit card at the turnstiles to get on the trains making travel that much easier for visitors.
